This lavish model contains 1450 hand nested pocketed springs in the standard double divan set. The mattress spring unit is encased with deep luxurious layers of cotton felt, loose black hair, wool, silk and cashmere. The mattress is finished with hand tufted woollen rosettes and two rows of hand side stitching. The divan base is glued and screwed and it moves easily on luxury castors. Upholstered with 900 grams cotton felt and 1060 grams black curled hair, enclosed in a waxed cambric cover. Overlaid with 900 grams cotton felt and 300 grams pure new wool and silk. Upholstered in the highest quality Belgian jacquard damask ticking and hand tufted with woollen rosettes. Borders 25.5cm deep with two rows of hand side stitching. Flag stitched horizontal handles – eight on a standard double size. Solid brass nickel finish air vents – 16 on a standard size double. Divan information Upholstery Insulated with bonded fibre. Base finished with nickel finish corner guards matching solid brass nickel finish link bar and piped trim. Available in sprung edge and sprung edge drawer divan only measuring 39cm(15”) high including castors.
