It is simple to use and operate and when used with an extension lead you can control up to ten sockets. Its energy-saving attributes means you can turn electrical appliances on and off with the push of a button. Research shows that by turning off a TV/DVD/video/satellite box when not in use can save money over 30 a year in some cases. The tiny energy consumption of the socket when in operation also means that you are helping the environment. Many 100,000 tons of CO2 are wasted by household appliances being left in standby mode. Of course its not just TVs that can be controlled. Any household appliances, such as lights, stereos, radios etc can be turned on and off using this remote socket. To operate, set the dial on the reverse of the product to the channel required and fit the small battery to the transmitter.
