£8.98 Music. Cavan O' Connor's recording career began in the '20s but he found fame singing in the guise of the mysterious 'Vagabond Lover' on the BBC radio shows of the 1930s. When he later donned a neck-scarf and a pair of old corduroy trousers his image was defined and he became fondly known as the 'Strolling Vagabond'. In recognition of his own heritage Cavan recorded a number of traditional Irish songs and this collection contains a fair number of them along with the songs that made him famous such as I'm Just A Vagabond Lover.
