Grown in the Veneto commune of Verona, Northeastern Italy, around the city of Verona. 'Classico' is made from grapes grown in the original areas and zones where Soave was initially planted. Inama's vineyards lie on basalt-rich soils in the heart of the Classico region. The cornucopia of wild camomile, elderflower and iris and perfumed herbs with subtle vanilla. Rich, almost sweet fruit abounds on the palate, tempered and complemented by minerality and vibrant acidity. Fantastic drinking now, but will develop over the next four years. A perfect apéritif now, the wine will match soft cheese.
