This has a deep, amber colour bordering on cinnamon and a light and sweet nose. The delicate mouthfeel is underpinned by sweet almond and chocolate with good, fresh acidity and a long fi nish. Although this is a rich, full bodied oak aged rum, it is still great for mixing, simply served on the rocks with a squeeze of fresh lime or used for your favourite variation of the Mojito.
