Red Spider Mite: Control with 1000 PhytoseiulusPreventing red spider mitesRed Spider Mite: Control with Phytoseiulus Red Spider Mite feed on soft or fleshy leaved plants causing speckling and discolouration, ultimately causing leaf drop. They are slow moving, very light in colour with two distinct dark spots on their body. At high densities they will produce a silk that can cover the plant. All plants under protection can be attacked, outdoors soft fruit, runner beans and some ornamentals can be damaged. Mites will overwinter in conservatories etc and if damage occurred last year introduce the predator early. Control with Phytoseiulus: a fast moving predatory mite, bright red in colour. Breeds rapidly and spreads readily across foliage. Works best when temperatures reach 20?C for a few hours each day. Repeat applications every 2-3 weeks in hot weather.Having trouble with garden pests? These biological control products will ensure that pests stop killing your plants.
