The Proform 1250 ZLT treadmill features a 2.75HP continuous duty MachZ commercial motor powering it to a top speed of 12 mph (20kmh). It offers a max incline of 12%; both the speed and incline are adjustable with the use of the quick keys on the console. The running belt is 51cm (20) wide by 140cm (55) long and cushioned with the ProShox Elite 2 system for high level of knee and joint protection. The treadmill offers 16 pre-set workouts. It is supplied with the iFit Live and is Nike+ iPod compatible to enhance your trainings and let you achieve better results. The workout data such as speed, time, distance and calories burned can be tracked on the multi-window LED display. The treadmill provides ECG accurate heart rate measurement through handgrip pulse sensors or telemetrically, with the use of a wireless transmitter (chest strap included).
