The 770 is an athletic shoe that offers a brilliant combination of support and cushioning due to the increased ground contact that it achieves. The cushioning of the shoe comes thanks to a resilient engineered elastomer designed to provide shock absorption and responsiveness. There is also Abzorb technology to provide enhanced forefoot and heel shock absorption. Blown Rubber and the Ndurance rubber compound help ensure the shoe is durable, especially in high wear areas of the heel. There is also a firm, but lightweight, optimal arch support for stability. This works in tandem with a medial wedge of higher than normal density C-CAP midsole material that extends from the heel to provide tremendous pronation control.
