This classic dense, sweet sherry hails from the 140-year-old Sanlucar de Barrameda cellars of Pedro Romero, which used to supply more sizeable bodegas but now bottles wines under its own name. Deep amber colour, aromas of almonds and dried figs and an intense, rich raisined character. It is tempting to pour it over ice cream !
