Cooks TorchIt is used for caramalising the top of a crème brulee or other desserts where sugar is sprinkled on top. Compared to caramalising desserts in the oven, the torch’s flame melts the sugar but leaves the actual crème cool. The torch is filled with normal lighter fluid. Height 14 cm (5½”), weight 190 g.
