Contac Non Drowsy 12 Hour Relief provides congestion relief from cold, flu and allergy symptoms. Contac 12 Hour Relief contains Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride a decongestant which unblocks your nose and sinuses, helping you to breathe more easily. Prolonged Release Capsules: The active ingredient is contained in the granules; when swallowed the active ingredient is gradually released to give continuous relief for up to 12 hours. It is important you do not chew or crush the capsule contents, as this will interfere the with the 12 hour action of the capsules. Adults (including the elderly) and children aged 12 years and over: * Take one capsule in the morning and another at bedtime * Not to be given to children under 12 years of age * Do not exceed the stated dose * If symptoms persist consult your doctor It would be harmful to take more than the doses stated on the pack and leaflet in your own product.
