Clematis Tangutica Bill Mackenzie x 1 litre pot
11 February 2012 Blooming Direct
"This cultivar is one of the best of the orientalis types and a vigorous climber, growing to about 7m (22ft) in height with a 4m (12ft) spread. It has dark-green leaves and huge mustard-yellow, lantern-shaped flowers, which are followed by whiskery seed-heads. This plant may be grown in partial shade or full sun, but prefers rich, well-drained soil with the roots shaded. As with all the late-flowering clematis, pruning is easy. Simply cut back the stems to a pair of strong buds 15cm to 20cm (6in to 8in) abo
