Children’s Suitcases with Wooden Banding Many suitcases used to be made from cardboard, as leather or vulcanite were too expensive for the general population. These suitcases are made from original models by a Czech firm going back more than 80 years, using stable cardboard with water-resistant coating, in sizes suitable for children. The characteristic banding is in real wood, while the locks and corner and edge reinforcements are metal. All seams are rivetted. Size S 30 x 19 x 11 cm (12“ x 8“ x 4“ approx.), Weight 680 g.
