We have unashamedly shown a preponderance for the Merlot dominant wines of Bordeaux's Right Bank, because these are for enjoying over the coming months, and do not have that additional backbone of of tannin, which Cabernet Sauvignon brings to the Left Bank wines in the Médoc, and which can delay their readiness to be drunk young.
