Unoaked Chardonnay from Hilltop's finest vineyard sites bottled shortly after production and left to mature for a decade. Great value. Hilltop is a substantial producer that exports millions of bottles to the UK. Most interestingly it is very close to becoming an organic producer, unusual for an estate of this size.
